Welcome to Local Flavours
2009 Season!

In the Mood for Local Food?

Now in its fifth year, Local Flavours continues to grow and diversify in all parts of the Frontenac Arch Biosphere region in Leeds, Grenville and Frontenac counties.

Our beautiful countryside is now home to over 100 Local Flavours members. More restaurants, retailers, inns and bed & breakfasts have joined our producers making delicious, healthy foods widely available.

The many visitors to the Biosphere Reserve and the fortunate people who live here can now enjoy a wide variety of local foods produced on farms tucked between the lakes, rocks and forests that cover much of our unique landscape.

Use the menu at left to find our members and enjoy their products.
